FAQ : 1. Why the printer shows "LOW INK" or "EMPTY" or the indicator light “BLINKING”? (example in picture s)
OR
It's not a quality problem! This is because the original company blocked the chip technology, so remanufactured ink cartridge’s chip can not show correct ink levels sometimes.
Please ignore it and press "OK" button to continue printing, all our cartridges are refilled with enough ink.
2. Why the printer shows “error e4” or "not recognize" or “failure” etc.? (Example in picture)
For this situation, usually has two reasons :
(1) Not installed well
(2) Ink cartridge chip gets dirty
How to do?
Step1 : Take off the ink cartridge and re-install it. If issue still exist, go ahead.
Step2 : Clean the ink cartridge chip (contactor points) with rubber or alcohol cotton swab (As shown in Picture 1-2). then re-install, if not work, try again please.
If necessary, clean also the contactor points of your printer, as shown in Picture 3.
After 2~3 times, if it still not works, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDAITELY for solutions.
